The grills come propane ready, but can easily be converted to natural gas with the additional Mont Alpi Natural Gas Conversion Kit. They also feature electronic ignition, a bottle opener, a weather cover, and an easy access full front grease tray for hassle-free cooking and maintenance. Delivered fully assembled, these grills are ready to use right out of the box.

The MAi805-BSS 44-inch island gas grill boasts 6 tubular stainless steel high efficiency burners, a rear height-adjustable ceramic infrared rear burner, and a standalone side burner, producing a total heat output of 115,000 BTU. The grill includes a stainless steel warming rack, 8mm stainless steel cooking grids, and a spacious cooking area of 38-inches x 18-inches (990 square inches).

Additional features of the grill include a double-lined hood with temperature gauge for maximum heat retention, halogen lights on the cooking surface, a bottle opener, electronic ignition, and a pull-out grease tray for easy cleaning. The island also features granite countertops, storage drawers, cabinets, and gliding castor wheels for easy maneuverability.

Included accessories consist of a 120V 4 Watt heavy duty electric motor rotisserie kit (holds up to 25 lbs), a chopping board, white granite surfaces, waterfall sides, and a weather cover for protection against the elements.

Constructed with 304 marine grade black stainless steel, the MAi805-BSS is durable, rust-resistant, and easy to clean.
